Ralph Rhodes Custom Homes Inc. is a residential Custom Design/Build Company that was established in 1999. We have built an outstanding reputation based on attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
Our primary building areas include: Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Dublin, Brown Township, Grandview and Worthington.
Historically, we have built or remodeled between 8 and 12 homes per year. Most of these new homes have ranged from the upper $200,000 to the $1,000,000 range, and remodeling projects have ranged from $15,000 to $350,000. Normally our customers currently own a home and ask us to build or remodel the custom home that they have been waiting for.
We also carry a small inventory of rental properties ranging from economic to luxury living. We offer the opportunity to Rent some homes for a short term and try out a new location or community before making your decision to stay, or you may also rent a Ralph Rhodes Custom Home while your home is being constructed or remodeled.
